General Meeting of the Members

The general meeting of the CLVFA members is held the last Sunday of April at noon at the upper fire house on Loma Chiquita road, unless this date falls on Easter, in which case the meeting is on the previous Sunday of April. This meeting is to hold elections for board members. The board members conduct all other business of CLVFA.

The 2009 annual meeting is April 26th at noon at the upper firehouse, located next to 32460 Loma Chiquita Road at noon.

Special meetings of the members may be called by any three (3) board members, by the President of the board or by 13 members with proper written notice according to state laws.  Special meetings will be held at the upper fire house.
