New business
The gates and locks were new business. The CLRRV district was created in 1998. The old gate position was voted according to an ordinance so we can move the current gate back to the old location. Dave Ward and Ed Anderson are working on gate information for the community. (pricing, locks, etc). Jim Ordons asked the community to send a letter to mid-pen open space about the guard rails and about our displeasure with the location of the guardrails. The guardrails need to move outward for safety concerns. They interfere with visibility and traffic hazards. Ed said the easement belongs to CHY (60 ft.)
