| The meeting was called to order at 12:20 pm at the Lower Firehouse. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Treasurers report was read and approved. checking account balances are $7,300.06 and Savings balance of $1,109.39 |
| Old Business Roof Repairs
Fundraiser for New Roof for the Upper Firehouse in progress. We are currently looking for Grants. All donations accepted. We will put out a newsletter for fund raising and info. We will put out a donation can at the Loma Prieta Gazebo on Aug 1 Owen suggested that, since our funds were running low, we have a fund-raiser to raise money for the roof repair. It was decided that we will include a notice in the next newsletter, which should be out in the next few weeks, and try to reach a goal of $5,000. We will ask for donations in the next newsletter,look for grants and also post a notice on the firehouse. |

| Legal Documents
On the workmens comp update, need to list active firefighters who have attended at least 6 trainings. Research on our type of policy is being revued. Lease for the lower firehouse is also being revued. |
| New Business
New business. Kylee Vicha our new president went to the Fire safe Council meeting. We need to prepare a CWPP proposal for grant submittals. Third week in September, Sunday will be our next community BBQ and fund raiser. |

List of ideas for fund raisers were discussed.We are looking for grants and donations. Lease on both Firehouse was discussed. The 911 address list is being updated. Need more drivers with licenses to drive fire trucks. |
