| The meeting was called to order at 12:07 pm at the Upper Firehouse. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. |
| Roof Repairs
Walt had gotten several estimates for repairing the roof on the upper firehouse, including 18 'squares', 100 mph shingles, and 20/30 year rated materials. An estimate of the cost of materials and equipment to do it ourselvesran about 4-$5,000. Owen suggested that, since our funds were running low, we have a fund-raiser to raise money for the roof repair. It was decided that we will include a notice in the next newsletter, which should be out in the next few weeks, and try to reach a goal of $5,000. We will ask for donations in the next newsletter,look for grants and also post a notice on the firehouse. |

| Radios
The radio in one of the firetrucks was fixed. New radios were bought and received. We still need 3 more. |
| New Business
New business. Kylee Vicha new president. Owen Gooding elected to another term. Ron Cross resigned from board. Jennifer H was elected to board. |
| fund raisers
List of ideas for fund raisers were discussed.We are looking for grants and donations. Lease on Firehouse was discussed. The 911 address list is being updated. Need more drivers with licenses to drive fire trucks. |

| Training
There are a few new people who have been attending regularly who may need gear. He will go through the list and see who's been in training and first aid. Updating Workers Comp Policy. By updating this policy, an active firefighters list will be generated by its requirements. Next training is July 9th at 9-noon, Lower firehouse. |
