Introduction Walt thanked all the firefighters and volunteers who've made our department a success. He thanked everyone for coming to the meeting. |

Secretary Kathy Adams read the minute of last year’s meeting and they were unanimously approved. |

Treasurer Owen Gooding read the treasurer’s report, which was unanimously approved. T The PL-566 ongoing CDF grant was discussed. |

Current Items and Updates He invited more residents to join, explaining how the volunteer firefighters were crucial to intervening in local emergencies in a timely manner. |

Current items We received radios, handhelds and one for a firetruck which totaled 2500.00 During the meeting, a call was sent out to Henry's place. We were told that Henry had just passed away. |

New business Walt said a quote on the roof was between 4600 and 5000.00. Nelson Connor and family wer honored for their 28 years recognition to the community. |

Vote for 2 openings on Board Election was held. Kkylee VIcha, Owen Gooding and Vince Oros were nominated. Election was held. By a ballot vote on paper, Kylee Vicha and Owen Gooding were elected. |

Speaker from Open Space Our old lower gate is in the Barn. It would cost us 10,000 for a new gate. Open Space needs assistance in maintaining the road ( their 1.6 miles of Casa Loma. 110,000 would buy us a new bridge over the creek if we want it. |
